Brief: to provide UX input to an existing application which customers were finding difficult to use and understand. 

Response: As UX design lead I created wireframes that would help existing customers navigate their accounts more easily either on desktop or mobile. I created an information layout that was not only functional but visually easy to read and understand for users.
