Brief: to help shape the process for both product and development of Vodafone Self Care on the web. This web application helps Vodafone customers manage and safeguard their account and data.

Response: I investigated the current UI and UX and proposed a more customer friendly interaction when accessed via the mobile or desktop. I also convinced the development teams to adhere and use brand style guidelines for a look and feel more consistent with all Vodafone products and services.
