Brief: Systemise a semi-manual onboarding process for new PlayStation game developers.
Response: In order to understand how the existing system worked, I mapped out the entire admin process. After interviewing system admins in the US/Japan, I was able to create an end-to-end journey of the entire process, surfacing pain points and opportunities for improvement, and codifying for the first time the architecture of the system. This allowed the product owner and all other stakeholders to understand the implications of making future changes.
