Brief: To re-imagine the set-up experience for all Vodafone customers.

Response: As UX design lead, I worked with the product owner and technical team, to investigate and suggest alternative designs that would work across all Vodafone mobile offerings. The aim was to improve the customer experience when moving from device to device, which extensive user research had shown was an ongoing pain.
